Your Questions Answered

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking. For our sedan it is $50, and for a bus it is $100. Deposits are non-refundable.

    The balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to booking. A cancellation fee applies, should you cancel within 48 hours of pick up time of booking.

  • We charge using kilometer ranges. Tolls are incorporated into the fixed price we send you.

  • A cancellation fee does apply if you cancel within 48 hours of pick up time of booking.

    We hold a space in our calendar specifically for you. Because we are a small, dedicated team, when a booking is cancelled at the last minute, it directly impacts us. We thank you for understanding.
